Change Orders Review (Sales)

#1. View Submitted Change Orders
- Navigate to Change Orders to view list of submitted Change Orders
- Select Change Order views and click on Name to view details.

#2. View Change Order Details

- Review list of services submitted by Project Manager. Proposal Team can edit/modify this list (quantity and price)
- Select Change Order Status.
- New = when a Change Order is first submitted;
- Submitted = when a Change Order is sent to client; When this option is selected, the Date Sent to Client (#3) AND, the Change Order # (#4) fields become required. In order to save, these additional fields must be completed.
- Approved = when a Change Order is accept/approved by client; When this option is selected, the Date Approved by Client field appears and is required.
- Declined = when a Change Order is rejected/declined by client. When this option is selected, the Date Declined by Client field appears and is required.
- Date Sent to Client: Date Change Order was sent to client
- Change Order #. This is a required field and should be entered by the Proposal Team
- Reason for change. This information was first entered by the Project Manager and can be modified by the Proposal Team. Additionally, is information will appear on the Change Order document that will be sent to the client.
- Address. This should be reviewed by the Proposal Team. If any information (Company or Contact) needs to be updated, it should be done here.
- Create PDF = export PDF of Change order (select Change Order) to send to client via email or DocuSign.
